CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading distributor of high-quality food supplements and dermo cosmetics across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Medical Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will primarily be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional, trust-based relationships with doctors, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals, with a view to maximising sales revenue opportunities. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or similar, who possess strong sales and negotiation abilities. Fluency in both Greek and English is a must, and you will need to hold a valid driver’s licence for manual vehicles. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience which includes a 13th Salary, and Company Car.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Establishes and maintains professional, trust-based relationships with doctors, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develops and executes a structured visit plan based on geographical areas, targeting doctors and healthcare professionals effectively.
• Ensures proper management and distribution of product samples.
• Participates actively in company meetings, sales training sessions, and scientific briefings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitors market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable feedback to the Management team.
• Conducts compelling product presentations using both digital and printed marketing materials, as well as samples, to generate interest and demand.
• Implements strategic marketing and promotional actions in alignment with the company’s campaigns and brand positioning.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of the company’s food supplements and dermocosmetics, ensuring expertise in their benefits, applications, and scientific backing.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• College or University Degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong command of Greek and English.
• Valid manual car driving license.
