Established, well-known company seek a Social Media Coordinator to join the Marketing Department under the guidance of the Sales and Marketing Manager and Media Director of the business from their Head Office in Larnaca / Aradippou. The job encompasses elements of marketing and administration, although applicants must have expertise in creation of social media content and be bi-lingual in English and Greek, both spoken and written.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain, schedule and monitor the company’s social media pages; Youtube, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with content creation for all social media pages including reels.
  • Oversee the company’s social media accounts’ and monitor those of its Consultants to ensure consistency and quality of content in accordance with the brand guidelines.
  • Respond to enquiries via Business Suite to manage the online audience within a 24-hour period.
  • Assist Senior Management with the design and implementation of social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Stay current with all social media trends and media outlet options.
  • Create designs of banners, leaflets, business cards and other promotional materials.
  • Offer sales, marketing & communications support to the company’s growing network of direct sales Consultants across Cyprus (this may include the requirement to travel around Cyprus).
  • Organise various marketing events in conjunction with various agencies and partners, including PR launch, gala dinners and Consultant training events.
  • Manage the B2C monthly newsletter and assist with the Consultant monthly newsletter.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek.
  • The ability to operate as part of a team to fulfil the company vision.
  • Good organisational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Must be willing to be flexible as there may be occasions where required to work overtime or at weekends when events are scheduled.
  • Proven experience in social media design and implementation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong technical skill, especially in Microsoft Office applications, digital marketing software (incl Canva, Sprout Social, CapCut, Submagic etc), and social media platforms.
  • Previous work experience with AI tools would be considered an advantage

Working Hours 8am to 4pm
