bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for an Assistant to the Head of Product to join our Development Department.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Being involved in the design of the projects, for the concept stage, and monitoring the consultants to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.
• Creating and updating reports and overseeing each project’s progress
• Creating and updating milestone dates of Consultant’s progress and Authorities Applications’ progress, on a weekly basis.
• Coordinating the Departments involved on every Project and making sure to accomplish the targets
• Assist in the establishment of Project Briefs, Development Budget and Financial Models.
• Prepare Projects’ Sales launches.
• Liaising with existing staff members, managers, supervisors, marketing and sales teams, in order to finalize the launch of the project.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Knowledge of software: AutoCad 2D, MS Office.
• At least 3 years previous experience in similar position.
• Analytical Skills
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of the procedures to apply and obtain planning and building permits in the various jurisdictions in Cyprus.
• Good knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
