Delfi Partners, a leader in real estate advisory and valuations, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Nicosia. Responsibilities:

• Work on a diverse range of valuations, valuation reviews, and due diligence projects across multiple sectors.

• Support portfolio reviews and portfolio underwriting activities for both private and institutional clients.

• Assist in preparing advisory reports such as business plans, feasibility studies, and market analysis.

• Generate in-depth analytics reports for key real estate sub-sectors, including hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.

• Evaluate and underwrite investment opportunities, providing clients with data-driven recommendations to maximize returns.

• Contribute to asset monetization strategies, providing critical insights for decision-making.

• Participate in technical discussions on ongoing projects, offering your expertise and support.

• Assist with office organization and administrative tasks as part of your commitment to the team’s success.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in real estate analysis or a similar role will be considered a strong advantage.

• Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial modelling and analysis.

• Strong business acumen and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to the highest quality of work.
