IT Administrator
On behalf of a client, a well-established group in the industry of Food and Beverage, we are currently looking to recruit an IT Administrator to join their team in Nicosia.

As an IT Administrator you will be supporting the group's companies including offices and restaurants of international franchised brands including hardware, software and network systems.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain a strong, reliable, efficient and adaptable computer and telecommunications system
• Configure network systems and servers to accommodate company's evolving usage and security requirements
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems, including workstations, point of sales, printers, routers, and servers across all locations (stores)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to internal users
• Manage and update POS system settings, including new item menus, menu linking, price changes, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of the backup process by perform interim tests on backup systems to ensure successful data retrieval
• Provide system-level support (SAP, Exelsys HRM, etc)

Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in networks especially the TCP/IP stack and router configuration and operating systems
• Strong Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012 & 2016
• Familiarity in Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
• Will be considered an advantage any Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
• Excellent communication skills
• Trouble shooting skill, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
