Corporate Lawyer
On behalf of a client, a well-established law firm with 40 years of experience, we are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of Corporate Lawyer.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, agreements
• Conducting Legal research
• Advising local and foreign clientele in a wide spectrum of legal and regulatory matters
• Supporting a portfolio of clientele in relation to legal and day to day administration matters
• Provision of legal advice in relation to Corporate and Commercial Law

Position’s Requirements
• University Degree in Law, or any other related field
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• 3-4 years’ work experience in Corporate/Commercial work
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Strong research, analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing in Greek and English
• Team orientated and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills

Salary range: €1800-2200 gross
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (with half hour break) & Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
