Role Overview: As an IT Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our technology operations, assisting in day-to-day technical tasks, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring the smooth running of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in managing network systems and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Set up and configure computers, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of technical procedures and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with IT team members on special projects and system upgrades.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software (Windows, O365, Citrix is a plus) and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support users effectively.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and expand IT knowledge.
- English language
