Role Overview: As an IT Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our technology operations, assisting in day-to-day technical tasks, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring the smooth running of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in managing network systems and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Set up and configure computers, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of technical procedures and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with IT team members on special projects and system upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software (Windows, O365, Citrix is a plus) and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support users effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and expand IT knowledge.
  • English language
