SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To serve Guests impeccably upon their arrival and departure and throughout their stay.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Carries Guests’ luggage to and from their room via a predetermined route upon their arrival and departure.
2. Delivers written messages to Guests rooms
3. Hands in the order forms and delivers to other departments or Guests rooms whatever he is given by Reception.
4. Calls a taxi when either Guests or Reception asks him to.
5. Stores Guests’ luggage in the luggage room according the department’s procedures and makes sure that the luggage room is always clean and tidy.
6. Places informative letters in rooms when Reception asks him to.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
• Communication skills
• Pleasant personality
• Team Spirit
