As the Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, efficiently booking spa services and recommending products tailored to their needs while maintaining top professional standards. You will receive full training in signature products and treatments, helping maintain the spa's high standards and contributing to the guest's beauty and relaxation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet spa guests, assist them in preparing for treatments, and ensure their comfort
• Offer exceptional customer care by answering questions and providing treatment advice
• Promote spa services and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and restock spa areas as needed
• Conduct stock taking of spa products and report to the Recreation Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma; hospitality school certificate preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proficient in MS Office, Fidelio
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Courteous and positive attitude toward customer service
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
