Digital Marketing Executive
On behalf of a client, a well-established group of companies in Larnaca, we are currently seeking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing department.

Objective
This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to elevate the company’s digital presence. Additionally, they will focus on brand promotion through various digital channels and ensure that all marketing efforts align with business and financial goals.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive annual digital marketing plan.
o Coordinate and manage 360° campaigns across all digital platforms (social media, website, email, online ads).
o Track and report campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs.
o Conduct regular SEO audits and propose improvements to enhance search engine rankings.
o Perform UX and UI assessments to optimize website usability and user experience
• Content Creation & Branding:
o Create engaging digital content, visuals, and messaging in line with brand guidelines and financial objectives.
o Safeguard and enhance the company’s reputation through all digital communications.
• Digital Channel Management:
o Manage the company’s digital assets, including websites, social media accounts, email marketing systems, and online advertising platforms.
o Optimize digital touchpoints for maximum visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaboration with External Agencies:
o Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign execution.

• Sales & Marketing Support:
o Align digital marketing strategies with sales targets and broader business objectives.
o Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts through digital channels.


Position’s Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in finance industry, with a deep understanding of finance related marketing activities will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience or knowledge relevant to other industries will be consider as an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and Email marketing tools and practices.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a background in finance or working with financial services.
• Expertise in content creation and visual design for digital platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage external vendors and internal teams.
• Strong project management and event coordination skills.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to industry changes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
