Almond Recruitment on behalf of our client, an accounting firm who are currently looking for a Legal and Compliance Officer to join their offices in Limassol. This would be a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely strong and market leading company in their field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AML and Sanctions legislation and carry out due diligence on clients.
• Process and file necessary documentation for company formation, changes and dissolution.
• Maintain and update corporate records and ensure compliance with local company laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing corporate filings with the Registrar of Companies and handle necessary registrations and renewals.
• Provide administrative support in managing company structures, including maintaining up-to-date registers for shareholders, directors, and officers.
• Organize and manage corporate documentation, such as minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other legal documents.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of annual reports and financial statements.
• Oversee client accounts, providing them with relevant information and addressing any queries or issues.
• Coordinate with clients regarding corporate filings, documentation, and administrative requests

Requirements

• Law Degree (LLB) will be considered an advantage.
• Relevant experience in a Law/Audit firm or similar.
• Excellent administrative and time management skills.
• Good command of Greek and English.
