Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to support early childhood development
• Foster a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe and excited to learn
• Support children’s development across all areas, including communication, social skills, and independence
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child
• Assess and track progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Create evidence of learning, including learning journals and reports
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and innovation thrive

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified early years teacher with qualifications approved by KYSATS
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to high-quality early education
• Enthusiastic, creative, and able to work effectively in a team-driven environment
• Understanding of the EYFS framework is a plus but not a strict requirement—training and support will be provided for the right candidate
