CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Group of Companies that specialise in the construction and development of luxury residential projects in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Client Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for updating the client’s payment schedules, as well as updating all clients on the construction progress for each project in liaison with the project manager. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a related field who possess at least 3 years of experience in relevant customer focused role, with any specific experience gained working in the Real-Estate sector considered a significant advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, along with outstanding client services, organisational and time management skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Updating the client’s payment schedules.
  • Updating all clients on the construction progress for each project in liaison with the project manager.
  • Providing clients with all material selections.
  • Liaison with lawyers regarding VAT approval.
  • Overview of process until Title Deeds are issued.
  • Interacting with customers, lawyers and to some degree Architect’s.
  • Obtain signatures upon project readiness.
  • Supporting client’s aftercare solutions.
  • Coordinate with furniture companies for delivery of items.
  • Obtain all necessary confirmations from clients via email.
  • Liaising with the Internal company bookkeeper for any pending amounts.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a relevant role is a must.
  • Prior experience working in the Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential.
