Pafilia is seeking a Market Development Manager that will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding Pafilia’s presence in strategic overseas markets. This role requires a strategic approach to market analysis, business development, and partnerships to help enhance sales performance and brand positioning.

Location: Paphos

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Development Managers and Sales Consultants, becoming the main Marketing contact for all overseas initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand Pafilia’s presence in targeted overseas markets.
• Conduct thorough market research to assess trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to drive decision-making.
• Collate briefs and assist in the production of market-specific materials—both online and offline—e.g. adapting PR articles for platforms such as LinkedIn and WeChat, or video content which appeals to specific markets
• Collaborate with real estate agencies, financial institutions, and government entities to facilitate business growth and market penetration.
• Prepare and distribute materials for Business Development Managers, agents, including updating XML feeds and fulfilling specific content/material requests.
• Assist in managing translations of marketing and communication materials for international markets.
• Help organise and coordinate travel arrangements for Business Development Managers and Country Managers, ensuring smooth and efficient business trips.
• Support the execution of international marketing campaigns and participation in overseas property exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional events.
• Monitor and report on market performance, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Necessary Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, International Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in international market development, preferably within the real estate or investment industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
