• We are looking for a person
• Excellent knowledge of all Windows Operating systems, Office, Cloud Solutions, and Storage.
• Good knowledge of Networks, WiFi, Virtualization.
• Ability to work with Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Copiers, and other types of Hardware.
• Knowledge of Web Platforms like WordPress will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent communications skills and use of Greek and English Language is a must. Excellent skill in preparing and delivering a presentation and proposals if needed
• Ability to work efficiently alone or in groups
• Knowledge of the market we are competing is a must.
• Need a person with knowledge of the corporate clients in the IT market. 
• Ability to think outside the box and propose methods and ideas that can be effective to further develop the business.
• Troubleshoot, repair and service customers PCs, laptops, Serves and printers
• Provide technical support in-store and visits to our business customers for hardware and software issues
• Upgrade and install software on PCs and laptops
• Help operate the store effectively and efficiently
• Grow sales through friendly and knowledgeable interaction with our customers
• Bachelor Degree (Minimum 3 years study)
• Passionate about technology
• Good knowledge of IT products,Network and Serves
• Bright and outgoing personality
• Excellent customer/client service skills
• Experience in a similar role in this industry
• Fluent Greek/English speaker
• Clean driver’s license
• Genuine desire to develop your career and become a successful member of the team

• One-on-one training with Company’s Technical Director Training on several IT matters for personal and business knowledge.
• Ability to attend seminars out of the company so will expand IT knowledge besides the selling part.
• Salary will be based on qualification and experience.
