PrimeTel is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the Customer Service team!

What your daily routine will look like:
- Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Customer Service department
- You will be accountable to the Supervisor of Customer Service
What profile the ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service position is a must
- Educated to a degree level
- Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language
- Computer literate
- Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
- Understands technical or professional aspects of work
