Roaming & Carrier Relations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support in the establishment and maintainability of carrier relations with partners, carriers and service providers in Cyprus and abroad
• Support in the establishment and maintainability roaming agreements
• Provide input to the overall Roaming & Carrier Relations strategy
• Negotiate agreements and establish and conclude commercial agreements for services relating to Fixed Telephony & Mobile department
• Administration and knowledge of all contracts, process changes/amendments of contracts and communicate to relevant stakeholders
• Account Management responsibility for all roaming, carrier and service provider agreements relating to Fixed Telephony & Mobile department
• Manage international traffic routing to ensure optimum cost and call quality
• Update and maintain current rates relating to all agreements
• Monitor, Analyze and Report Traffic volumes, cost/revenue structures and service profitability
• Manage Roaming steering through AOTA campaigns
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the technical implementation of concluded commercial agreements
• Work closely with Accounting team for Invoicing and reconciliation of Carrier Accounts. Work closely with Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Department
• Report to Fixed Telephony & Mobile Manager

Qualifications:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business, Engineering or Information technology
• 5+ years work experience in telecommunication industry
• Experience in roaming, carrier relations and negotiations
• Experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE networks and Interconnects
• Hands on experience in Roaming, Interconnection technical areas and IREG/TADIG Testing
• Strong negotiating skills and commercial contractual management
• Excellent organizational, analytical time management skills
• Very good written and verbal communication in both Greek and English languages
