IN/OCS/PCRF Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Core Network & Service Platforms Engineer
• Operation and Maintenance of IN/OCS and PCRF systems
• Responsible for analyzing, designing, planning, implementing and dimensioning the IN/OCS/PCRF systems
• Design and optimize IN/OCS tariff plans and services to meet Commercial requirements
• Design and optimize PCRF solutions to meet Commercial requirements
• Participate and provide input for the lifecycle of OCS Tariff plans and PCRF policies
• Provide support to internal teams and departments in daily operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• At least 4 years of work experience in IN/OCS and PCRF area
• Experience in signaling and interface protocols like SS7, SIGTRAN, CAMEL, SIP, SDP, RTP, RADIUS DIAMETER
• Knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE and IMS network architecture, components and their interfaces
• Working knowledge of VMware, Linux OS and Databases
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good written and verbal communication in both Greek and English languages
