The Joint Venture AVAX SA and Terna SA awarded the construction of the City of Dreams Mediterranean Intergraded Casino Resort in Limassol, seeks to recruit professionals for the position of:

Quantity Surveyors (job reference QS/1-20)

Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, with minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, quantify and price variations and prepare the detailed packages for submission to the Client;
• Prepare and agree valuations for work, including measurements and pricing of variations and check / verify issued certificates/invoices to Subcontractors;
• Prepare monthly progress payment certificates to the Client.

General Requirements:

• Advance knowledge of MS Office programmes;
• Excellent command of AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Primavera will be considered an advantage;
• Fluency of Greek and English language.
