Station Manager Paphos Airport - Europcar Cyprus

ASG (Andy Spyrou Group) is the Franchisee of Europcar in Cyprus. Europcar Cyprus is the #1 Car Rental Company on the island and Europcar is the largest Car Rental Company in Europe.

We are seeking to employ a Manager for our second largest station which is at Paphos Airport.

Team to Manage: 30 – 35 people

Fleet to Manage: 500 – 750 cars

Locations to Manage: 3 (Paphos Downtown, Airport, Central Station in Timi)

Responsibilities:

• Manage team including recruiting, training and skill development.
• Manage operations and fleet.
• Manage quality of product including maintenance, condition of car and cleanliness.
• Manage performance of Sales Agents
• Manage Customer Satisfaction levels.

Must haves:

• Experience in managing teams and operations.
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Flexibility to manage an ongoing operation that runs on a 24/7 basis all year round, including    weekends and holidays.
