Due to continuous expansion of our operations, we currently seek a dynamic individual to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement approved finance and administrative objectives, strategies, policies and plans for the Company, to allow achievement of its business goals
• Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan
• Initiate analytical financial reviews and commentary in key parts of the business, either on an ad-hoc basis or as directed by the Board
• Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures
• Implement ERP system
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports, in accordance with company, legal and regulatory requirements and timetables for both the investment and corporate activities
• Ensure financial risks are properly understood and managed
• Manage Cash Flows and ensure funds availability
• Liaise with external service providers such as external auditors, banks, etc.
• Overview of the Finance Team.

Professional requirements:

• CPA license
• CySec Advanced Certificate holder
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• At least 3 years of experience in a same or similar role from CIF company
• Control and management of multi-currency systems
• Knowledge of international taxation
• Experience in matrix management will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in implementing an ERP system will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of NETSUITE software will be considered as an advantage.
