Bet on Alfa Ltd. is a Cypriot betting company based in Nicosia. The successful candidate will need to handle queries via live chat, email, phone and other communication channels.
Duties:
- Customer support
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provision of quality services with emphasis on the customer
- Assimilation of company procedures and standards
- Coordination and cooperation with other departments
- Liasing with clients and associates
- Assisting in the conduct of KYC and other compliance procedures
Desired Skills / Qualifications
- Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications
- Good multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good practice in kindness, patience and confidentiality
- Good knowledge of Greek and English
- Creating and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and associates
- Previous experience in customer service or the betting industry will be considered an additional qualification
- University diploma will be cosidered as an additional qualification
The job opening follows a 6 day shift system, including Saturday or Sunday.
