A fast growing and innovative Fin-Tech Company operating in the Forex Industry, is seeking to hire experienced Affiliate/IB Managers to join their team in Limassol. As Affiliate/IB Managers, you will assist the ongoing development of the Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Create affiliate/IB partnerships in new or established markets (non-EU)
• Assist with the onboarding of IB’s/affiliates.
• Educate the partners on the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit, and withdrawal procedures.
• Proactively work to retain existing business and reactivate partners.
• Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
• Maintain direct contact with partners, ensuring excellent service standards via telephone, live chat, and email.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the partnership network.
• Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of key affiliate/IB partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on industry trends.
• Continuously search for new opportunities to increase the digital footprint in the market.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliation/IB management in FX industry
• A strong knowledge of financial markets and trading strategy (desirable)
• Great communicator
• Open and responsive problem-solving skills
• Be proactive and motivate others when necessary.
• Strong negotiation / communication skills.
• Ability to establish new commercial relationships and maintain strong rapport.
• Fluent in English.
