Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC is a law firm having its’ headquarters in Limassol for more than 30 years. We are looking to fill the Property Lawyer position as we aim to grow further and develop our Property team. In this position you will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day legal procedures and to provide law expertise on topics related to property law. We take professionalism and integrity seriously therefore we are looking for a strong team player to support us meet the highest standards of our services.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in Law
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- At least four years of relevant experience
- Speak and write fluently and professionally both in Greek and English
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates
- Maturity in handling confidential information

- Professional communication skills towards clients, colleagues and other associates
- Willing to take responsibilities, and passion to prove consistency on his/her job duties
- Good judgment with excellent interpersonal, and managerial skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle a portfolio of clients, participate in meetings with them and provide effective and practical solutions or answers
- Manage ongoing communication with clients, local and governmental authorities
- Handle and monitor related transactions
- Draft and reviewing legal work and any other related document
- Advise and deal with the Department’s procedures and services
- Provide effective property related legal services and assist with the improvement of policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with AML and GDPR legislation as well as carrying out client’s due diligence
- Provide training to new team members, including new employee orientation training.
