Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of customer service across the store
• Manage and supervise the store team
• Recruit and train highly motivated store staff
• Plan and organize the daily operations of the store
• Meeting sales and revenue targets by setting, monitoring and achieving relevant objectives
• Coordinate visual merchandising standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in similar position, preferably within the fashion field
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Leadership skills
• Ability to drive results and motivate the store team
• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Computer literate
• University/College degree will be considered an advantage
