We’re looking for a creative, analytical, energetic and data-driven CRM Specialist to help build the CRM function and shape our customer communication.The role will partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Creative team.

Your responsibilities

As our CRM Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Developing automated marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

  • Driving engagement and revenue across digital channels: email, push notification, SMS, etc.

  • Monitoring performance of activity and report back to the team proposing.

  • Maintaining the CRM calendar and ensure it remains up to date with the latest information.

  • Developing CRM roadmap, segmentation, and content planning.

  • Composing creative briefs based upon campaign objectives.

  • Designing and executing A/B tests to understand and enhance marketing effectiveness.

 

What we are looking for

If you’re our ideal candidate, you at least have:

  • 2-3 years results-focused CRM experience working within a B2C in digital marketing.

  • Experience working with Solitics, Salesforce, Optimove  or other ESP.

  • An interest in online automated marketing trends & a good understanding of best practice.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Good balance of creative and analytical skills

  • Fluent in English.

 

Considered as an advantage:

  • HTML/CSS email coding experience.

  • Knowledge of the gaming field.

  • Experience with collaboration tools, Trello.
