Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd is seeking to recruit a Sea Freight & Customer Service Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Update system with cargo details and advice the clients
  • Update the system with charges
  • Prepare the required documentation for clearing dept
  • Handle problems with clients & agents
  • Carry out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate with regard to the job
  • Fully comply with the company’s Health and Safety regulations and procedures
  • Any other task as may be assigned and/or amended

Requirements:

  • Working experience in a similar position
  • Professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, analyze and communicate information
  • Excellent Greek & English: written and verbal skills are essential
  • Knowledge of Freightplus system will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
