Kazoulis Global Logistics Ltd is seeking to recruit a Sea Freight & Customer Service Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Update system with cargo details and advice the clients
- Update the system with charges
- Prepare the required documentation for clearing dept
- Handle problems with clients & agents
- Carry out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate with regard to the job
- Fully comply with the company’s Health and Safety regulations and procedures
- Any other task as may be assigned and/or amended
Requirements:
- Working experience in a similar position
- Professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, analyze and communicate information
- Excellent Greek & English: written and verbal skills are essential
- Knowledge of Freightplus system will be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
