Position: Client Support Agent
Department: Client Support
Reports To: Head of Client Support
Location: Larnaca - Cyprus
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Supporting clients with any inquiries, through the means of communication established
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly
- Provide existing and Prospective Clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions and products offers by the Company
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly
- Record details of all inquiries, comments and complaints
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person and/or department
- Providing assistance to Prospective Clients with respect to the Account Opening Process
- Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
- Communicate precise and correct information at all times
- Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
- Carries out any further duties assigned by their Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- University/College Degree
- Fluency in English any additional language will be considered an advantage
- I.T. Proficient
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Support or HORECA roles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The successful candidate must be able to work shifts on a 24/5 rotation
