Your role at Exness:

As an experienced Affiliate Manager you will help us grow and penetrate the local LATAM market with a fast growing affiliate product. You will create strategic commercial plans and optimize current campaigns within a dynamic, business-oriented team of professionals.

You will:

• Search, attract, and onboard new affiliates for CPA, CPL, Flat fee models in the Latin America region (with an opportunity to grow in the global market, too).
• Optimize current campaigns.
• Work in full alignment with the local Latin America team (solving issues/inquiries with affiliates and collaborating in special events, promo campaigns, etc.).
• Coordinate terms and conditions, contracting, and payouts for/with accounted affiliates.
• Monitor fraud.
• Take on new projects to improve our affiliate program as a product (as an optional initiative).
• Participate in internal/international affiliate events remotely and offline (meet-ups, conferences, and business trips).

What we expect from you:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
• FX, crypto, igaming, or other financial vertical experience
• A pool of trusted affiliates or networks in the Latin America region
• Experience in leading successful campaigns in the past and the ability to share positive commercial outcomes
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to find and establish strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies
• Fluency in English, with fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese being a competitive advantage
