bbf: is one of the fastest growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a part-time 3 month duration internship for the Talent Acquisition Admin Support role for our office in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews
  • Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition’s recruiting process
  • Assist with candidate tracking
  • Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
  • Administrative duties including answering phones, job postings, and interview scheduling.

Requirements for the position:

  • Human Resources Degree Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety of individuals
  • High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
  • Excellent computer skills
