We are looking for a senior, driven and work ethic oriented individual for our in-house Legal Department. We take professionalism and integrity seriously, therefore we are looking for a team player to join and support us to meet the highest standards of our services.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements, services agreements, management and/or rental agreements, power of attorneys, and any other legal documents.
• Handling and/or coordinating with external advisors various corporate transactions (acquisitions of companies or businesses).
• Advising and supporting clients on property and commercial matters
• Participating in meetings and having ongoing communication with clients, banks, and other relevant authorities.
• Handling legal matters that may arise during the life of the Group.
• Ensuring compliance with AML & GDPR legislation of the whole Group and carrying out the communication with the external consultants for GDPR and AML issues.
• Review legal material (legislation, regulations, and articles), undertake legal research and attend legal development seminars/conferences either in Cyprus or abroad.
• Providing legal advice and assistance on the legality of the Group’s business affairs and practices for any project the Group might be involved in.
• Undertaking any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the Group.

Requirements for the position:

• University Degree in Law
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Work experience of at least 6 years after bar.
• Speak and write fluently both in Greek and English
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates
• Stress and time management skills.
