What will your job look like? You will have Back Office duties such as approving the opening of Trading accounts, processing client’s deposits, withdrawals and refunds as well as reconciling clients’ accounts based on company’s Policies and procedures. You will also need to ensure that all clients’ information is accurately recorded in the company’s record systems and provide daily assistance to the Compliance department and any other departmental head / Manager for the preparation of regulatory reports.

Your role will be required to:

  • Reconciling clients’ balances, bank and merchant accounts
  • Communicating with clients via email for any inquires related to their deposits, account opening withdrawals and refunds;
  • Comply with CySEC regulations and Company’s internal policies and procedures in regards to client’s documentation process (KYC); Work fast and accurately under pressure;
  • Demonstrate professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation and a Desire to succeed;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Economic, Finance, Business and /or Professional qualifications in accounting will be considered as an advantage. Excellent Knowledge of Word and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Previous work experience in a similar role and especially in reconciliation of accounts, will be considered as an advantage;
  • Computer Literate;
