We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our firm and our clients with their accounting needs. If you are detail-oriented, possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and processing of accounting entries to ensure accurate financial records.

  2. Assisting in the preparation of management accounts, as required.

  3. Handling payroll preparation for our companies and clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  4. Handling VAT/VIES preparation and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  5. Monitoring bank transactions and reconciling accounts regularly.

  6. Maintaining filing systems and records retention in accordance with company policies.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other related field.

  2. Good knowledge of accounting standards, payroll, and VAT principles. Familiarity with these concepts will be considered an advantage.

  3. Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.

  4. Strong command of the English and Greek languages.

  5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  6. Knowledge of Logisoft software will be considered an advantage.
