To be responsible for the efficient operation and upkeep of electrical systems and air-conditioning units within our facilities.

Primary duties involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical infrastructure and cooling/ air-conditioning systems to minimize downtime and maximize performance.

Specific responsibilities may include:

1. Electrical Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections, testing, and repairs of electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures as lighting systems. This may involve troubleshooting electrical issues, identifying faulty components, and replacing or repairing them as needed. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations is also important.

2. Air-Conditioning Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks on air-conditioning units, including cleaning, filter replacement, and lubrication. Troubleshooting cooling system malfunctions, identifying refrigerant leaks, and carrying out repairs to optimize cooling efficiency are vital duties.

3. Additionally, ability to handle various repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing simple plumbing issues, carpentry work, able to lift furniture and other equipment during moving/relocation and have valid drive license.

4. Practical experience in the field of 3+ years is a must
