Royal Pine is currently expanding its team and is looking to recruit a Front Desk Officer for the Limassol based office.

Key Duties

The responsibilities of the successful candidate shall include amongst others:

  • Providing management and members of staff with support on daily operations
  • Office meetings and travel scheduling
  • Documents management and mail distribution
  • Office supplies management
  • Switchboard handling
  • Greeting and handling visitors
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Performing other clerical duties and related tasks as required

Competencies

  • Customer service orientation
  • Presentable with a positive attitude
  • Fluent business level Greek and English
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and reliability
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organisation skills
