POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor, Quality Management System (QMS) is responsible for ensuring that the Division’s (Casino Marketing, Business Development, Loyalty Services, Database Administration) procedures, processes and operations adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, company’s standards and policies and they are aligned to the CGC Regulation and Directions.

The Supervisor, QMS, assesses and monitors compliance with established procedures to identify any deviations or non-compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors the operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards
  • Conducts thorough reviews of Division’s procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies and help reduce risks
  • Performs inspections and control checks to identify potential non-compliance issues and assesses the effectiveness of Business Unit procedures; proposes corrective measures as and when required
  • Collaborates with the Business Processes Team to develop, implement and update procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulations, standards, and internal processes
  • Provides training, guidance, and support to Business Units (Casino Marketing, Business Development, Loyalty Services, Database Administration), ensuring practical application of procedures
  • Investigates non-conformities, document findings, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to address identified issues
  • Monitors and tracks compliance metrics, prepares reports, and presents findings to Manager, Processes and Risk Compliance and relevant stakeholders
  • Stays updated with regulatory changes, and best practices related to procedural compliance
  • Supports the Manager, Processes and Risk Compliance in identifying and mitigating operational risk factors related to the ISO 9001 Standard and the procedures of the Division
  • Assists in the development of training programs for Casino Marketing, Business Development, Loyalty Services, Database Administration employees
  • Generates BUs status reports and reviews them with the Manager, Processes and Risk Compliance for planning and action as and when required
  • Identifies potential risks or areas of improvement in existing procedures and recommends proactive measures to mitigate risks
  • Coordinates and supports other external or internal audits by certification bodies or regulatory authorities, or the Internal Audit Department, ensuring a smooth and successful audit process
  • Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses
  • Keeps abreast of internal standards and business goals
  • Regular progress and strategy meetings with the Manager, Processes and Risk Compliance
  • Assists the Manager, Processes and Risk Compliance with the Business Unit daily operational activities
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Conduct Control Checks and Inspections aligned to business objectives
  • Records are kept in a systematic way for easy reference and retrieving
  • Constructive relationships are built with team members
  • Ensures the department is operating in the most efficient manner
  • Relevant policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Identifies and evaluates opportunities within the Division’s QMS and its implementation
  • Establishes a continuous improvement baseline and strategy to build upon
  • Monthly progress reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any other related fields
  • Internal QMS Auditor Certification is an advantage

Experience

  • Familiarity with risk management practices and procedures
  • Exposure to regulated business environments is an advantage

  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and being able to multitask

  • Committed and diligent in solving problems, both on an individual and team basis
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Greek
