CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Group of Companies with diverse business interests including Real Estate Investment Services, we are seeking to recruit an Investor Relations Officer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an Investor Relations Officer you will support the investment process, including reservations, agreements preparation, and investor’s onboarding, as well as preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment reports for Management. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in either Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field who possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience gained working in investor relations or within the corporate services sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek & English are essential.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle the investment process, including reservations, agreements preparation, and investor’s onboarding.
- Prepare the KYC and AML file for the Compliance Officer.
- Update and maintain investors database and prepare table of holdings.
- Respond and/or act on each query or request of potential or existing investors on time.
- Communicate with Finance, Legal and Underwriting Team.
- Address main issues that may arise to the managers and provide suggestions for solutions.
- Prepare all investor’s correspondence for monthly quarterly and yearly statements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment reports for Management.
- Ensure that investors are informed on time in all cases relating to redemptions and extensions of their investments.
- Provide existing investors with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company.
- Meet all deadlines and deliver satisfactory quality service.
- Any other ad hoc task as directed by the Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field.
- 2+ years previous experience in an Investor Relations team or Corporate Services Department.
- Ability to network and liaise with a wide variety of groups within the organization.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
