On behalf of our client, a regulated Forex broker, we are looking to hire Customer Support Officer (Spanish or Portuguese or German), to join a dynamic team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Solving problems and dealing with unsatisfied customers

• Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system, e-mail, and phone

• Internally assisting all departments with any issues related to client documentation, funding & refunds

• Documents acquisition, filing & verification

• Ensure continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulations

• Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures

• Perform Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and PEP checking

• Helping customers with payments, withdrawals and documentation process

• Performing other ad hoc tasks, as requested

• Responsible for monitoring, managing and executing client funding requests

• Accessing and processing several transactions daily

• Doing KYC checks / on-boarding new retail clients

Main requirements:

• Good knowledge of Spanish language (Advance or Native) or

• Good knowledge of Portuguese (Advance or Native)

• Very good knowledge of English language (Conversational, Advance, or Native)

• Previous experience working in Customer Support

• Previous experience in Forex industry (CRM, MT4/MT5, Terminology, Trading activity)

• Knowledge in sales - will be consider as an advantage

• Experience in Microsoft Office and other management software
