Qualifications:
Manage and pay company property rentals (Car, House) and utility bills.
Handle grocery shopping and online orders for the office.
Book and manage flights, cars, and travel solutions.
Initiate immigration process for new employees and collect necessary documents.
Check employee salaries and follow up on banking transactions.
Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
Finance Tasks:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including expense reports and budgets.
Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Manage payroll and employee compensation.
Implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial processes.
Conduct weekly financial balances calculations.
