This person will be providing administrative/secretarial support to management team of the company as well as handling the incoming/outgoing phone calls. This person must be fluent in English & Greek.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and monitoring of the daily schedule of the management team

  • Drafting and correction of letters, documents, reports and agreements

  • Handling, management, and file-saving of incoming and outgoing correspondence (postal, electronic, faxes, etc)

  • Welcoming of visitors/customers

  • Handling of incoming/outgoing calls

  • Handling of travel reservations for the management team

  • Protection of personal data

  • Anything else requested from the management team

Education/Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Degree of secretarial studies will be considered an advantage

Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language

  • Good knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint

  • Professionalism

  • Organizational skills and effective time management

  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of SAP System will be an advantage
