CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding, international FinTech Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing team based in Cyprus. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with Copywriters, UI/UX designers and the Chief Marketing Officer to create and design promotional and marketing material for the company’s needs, both online and offline. You will be educated to degree level in Graphic and/or Web Design or a related field and will need to possess approximately 5+ years of proven experience in a relevant role, with an existing portfolio of completed design projects. Proficiency with design software such as Figma (Sketch or InVision) and the Adobe Suite (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Showing strong ability to translate requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and presenting them.
• Working closely with Copywriters, UI/UX designers and CMO, in creating and designing the promotional and marketing material for the company’s needs both online and offline.
• Designing promotional material for marketing campaigns such as web banners, landing pages, social media visuals, infographics and educational related guides.
• Designing for the company’s website updates, such as additional pages, new sections, icon sets.
• Ensuring finalised designs are visually engaging, are on-brand and meet the designated media type requirements, legal and copyright standards, processes and procedures.
• Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Liaising with external associates for the printing of marketing, advertising and promotional material.
• Keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software development within the web and graphics design field.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Web or/and Graphic design or relevant certification.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in a similar position is a must.
• Portfolio of completed design projects (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be considered).
• Experience in Digital Product Design (platforms and mobile apps).
• Proficient knowledge of design software such as Figma (Sketch or InVision) and Adobe Suite (ie Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong aesthetics and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Creative and passionate about graphic/web design.
• Ability to work well within a team as well as
