We seek to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Nicosia office as a Corporate Services Manager (Legal).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Department.
- Draft and review various types of agreements and contracts.
- Prepare and submit related documentation to the authorities.
- Active involvement in maintaining business relationships with clients, external associates and governmental authorities.
Requirements
- University degree in law or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a corporate services-related role in a corporate services provider, accounting, or law firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and overall organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, and work under pressure.
