We seek to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Nicosia office as a Corporate Services Manager (Legal).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Department.
• Draft and review various types of agreements and contracts.
• Prepare and submit related documentation to the authorities.
• Active involvement in maintaining business relationships with clients, external associates and governmental authorities.

Requirements

• University degree in law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a corporate services-related role in a corporate services provider, accounting, or law firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and overall organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, and work under pressure.
