CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding Electronic Money Institution, licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful applicant will provide full administrative support to the HR department, including ensuring the company HRIS system is up to date and accurate, assisting with employee benefits including medical insurance, as well as assisting with the onboarding process of new employees. An academic background relating to Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field is desirable and approximately 1 year of previous experience in a relevant HR role is ideal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the HR department.
  • Ensure the company HRIS system is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with employee benefits including medical insurance.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Keep up-to-date with legal developments regarding Labor Law issues.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate the necessary trainings for employees.
  • Process the absence management policy of the company.
  • Ensure that HR administration policies follow external and internal compliance.
  • Make attempts to acquire government subsidies for recruitment and training.
  • Communicate all company policies to employees.
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their Line Manager.
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • University/College diploma Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the HR field will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Strong IT skills, including excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Able to handle large volumes of confidential and sensitive employee data with discretion at all times.
  • Previous experience working with any HR related software will be considered an advantage.
