CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading online marketing platform that connects people to the services and advertising they need, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Media Buyer to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for managing high scale media display campaigns for the various brands the company owns and operates. An academic background relating to Marketing is desirable and you will need to possess a minimum of 1+ year of proven experience in online media buying, as well as managing digital media display campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managing high scale media display campaigns for the various brands the company owns.
• Negotiating and purchasing online media.
• Managing and optimizing existing campaigns.
• Monitoring revenues in order to maximize the company's profitability.
• Compiling and analysing reports.
• Helping to identify new partners to drive ROI.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background relating to Marketing is desirable.
• Proven experience of at least 1 year in online media buying and managing media display campaigns.
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of pay-outs (CPA, CPC, CPM/dCPM, CPV, Flat Fees, etc. ).
• Experience with a variety of media inventory (display – banners and/or pops, social, incentivized, contextual, email marketing).
• Familiarity with various traffic sources, including Media Networks (inc. Exchanges), Affiliates/Websites/Portals, Affiliate Networks, etc…
• Analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; any additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
