CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established international company with diverse business interests, we are seeking to recruit a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including handling travel arrangements as well as general office administration support. An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable and you will need to possess extensive, previous experience within a similar, senior-level administration role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as well as outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Senior Management team.
  • Diary and travel management across international time zones.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
  • Collating documents for meetings and travel and ensuring all the relevant information is to hand.
  • Managing business communications including compiling and handling confidential documentation.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Following up on decisions made in meetings and ensuring the decisions are enacted by the relevant third party.
  • General office management duties as required by Management.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
  • Extensive, previous experience within a similar role is essential.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highest level of integrity and professional discretion at all times.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and positive demeanour in all interactions and ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written are essential.
