Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation of bills of quantities as per the technical specifications and project requirements including taking off quantities (measurements), abstracting and compilation of bills of quantities
• Preparation of cost estimates including measurements and rate build-ups
• Support with the preparation of tender documents
• Review and assessment of priced Bills of Quantities and Tenders for errors, inconsistencies, omissions, for both quantities and rates
• Advise and support to the Procurement team with respect to quantities and rates
• Assessment and review of valuations and payment certificates for each project
• Assessment and review of variation orders
• Preparation, review, assessment and/or coordination of final accounts for completed projects, in coordination with the Project team and the Finance and Accounts teams
• Supporting the Projects teams with respect to issues associated with quantities and rates
• Providing support to the Product team

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Proven work experience as Quantity Surveyor of at least 7 years
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong computer skills - MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project
• Knowledge of cost-x will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of English and Greek is a must
