What will your job look like?

Prepare the materials dispatch for the site according to the related document

• Prepare the materials dispatch for the site according to the related document
• Site/ Location validation following engineering surveys including in-building duct investigations
• In building route evaluation to facilitate new site build needs in power, fiber ,ground connections
• Conduct mobile sites surveys for construction progress, monitoring and reporting
• Responsible for BTS commissioning and Microwave alignment and commissioning
• Launching Sites
• Perform sites acceptances
• Deal with challenges that might come up during construction
• Input data into specialized systems and applications that meet both internal and external reporting requirements
• Assist the Architect, Civil Engineer, RNO and RF specialists and other roles with tasks related to mobile sites construction or setup
• Attend project and deployment meetings as directed by Rollout Manager
• Supervise many locations during the same chronic period
• Identify problems arising in the course of their work, solve routine problems and refer unusual problems to their line supervisor as appropriate
• Plan & conduct preventive actions in order to limit to the minimum technical incidents affecting putting site on air
• Coordinate with engineering dept. for any modification on related documents
• Reporting any defected equipment
• Executes WO’s delivered by the planning departments
• Follow-up and coordinate site progress and other field operations
• Rigging / Climbing on tower and masts as needed
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Perform maintenance interventions nationwide on an on call working schedule

All you need is…

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a similar role of 4 years
• BSc in Engineering, Electrical/Computers or Electronics Engineering will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge in handling, puling and splicing of fiber drop cables (in building) will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience with mobile network rollout projects (deployment , interconnection and handling) will be considered as an advantage
• Rigging – Working at heights is needed. Training will be delivered by the company – No fear of heights
• Registered EMS or *ΥΕΚΟ
• Registered ETEK will be considered as an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language, with ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
