Job Responsibilities

• Assist Head Baker in cooking and preparations of bread, snacks, pastries
• Develop and create new delicious bakery products and recipes to meet customer satisfaction
• Operate baking machineries and implements
• Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery
• Strictly adhere to food and safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products
• Track food supplies and place orders as needed

Qualifications

• Sourdough experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a relevant position
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Organising and leadership skills
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
• Efficient and detail oriented
• Able to multi-task under pressure
