CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and expanding Engineering Firm that specialise in the provision of Solar, Cooling & Heating relating projects, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Engineer to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting customer needs analysis and presenting the customer possible solutions, as well as providing technical direction and support to installation teams during project installations. You will need to possess an academic background relating to Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering and possess approximately 1 year of previous experience in a relevant role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conducts customer needs analysis and presenting the customer possible solutions.
• Provides technical direction and support to installation teams during installation.
• Creates electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for energy/electric systems.
• Cooperates Smoothly with Sales, Engineering and Technical staff team throughout projects
• Defines Project Specifications according to customers’ Requirements
• Schedules and Performs Site Visits to existing and potential customers
• Attends customer meetings and presentations throughout sales cycle
• Takes part in exhibitions, conventions and other events to help in the sales of products and/or service and contributes to the promotion of the company's products and services through promotion and marketing events.
• Attends to social/corporate events that could be held outside normal working hours within the workplace and other venues
• Has in-depth technical knowledge about the products, functioning and their pros and cons and carries out trainings to members of the team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
• Attends to trainings and health and safety meetings.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 1+ year of relevant professional experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
• Excellent client service skills with commercial awareness.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
