CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a number of Partnership Managers with various language skills to join their growing team. The successful applicants will primarily be responsible for creating partnerships in new or established markets, assisting with the onboarding of partners and representing the company at various industry events. You will need to possess some previous experience within a similar role within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector with an existing and established network or partners. Fluency in English is essential, as well as at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai and/or Indonesian. Our client is able to offer fully Remote and/or Hybrid working conditions to the successful applicants, based either in Cyprus or abroad.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create partnerships in new or established markets.
• Assist with the on-boarding of partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on industry trends.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
• Use a professional network to generate new business.
• Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop, and manage key client relationships, among others.
• Raising brand awareness of the partnership program.
• Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing programs, create and execute promotional partner campaigns.
• Keep up to date with the financial markets daily.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar position within the Forex and/or Financial Services sector is a must.
• Existing network of Partners.
• Good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of at least 1 of the following languages is essential: Spanish, Vietnamese, Filipino, Thai and/or Indonesian.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent ability to multitask.
